At ThreeGiraffe, Bernadette Feldman, Principal Consultant, provides expert consulting services to help teams improve their performance and achieve their goals while supporting and growing a culture of change. Bernadette has 30 years experience in education with 16 years experience across multiple leadership roles, including Principal. She holds a Master in Education Leadership and understands explicitly the need for strong clarity through communication, high visibility and effective strategy for success.
Bernadette is a GenX who is very aware of how challenging communication can be when we are experts in our passion. We all want flexibility and easy access to excellent services. She is able to work equally effectively in person and online, one to one, presenting, and in workshops.
